Role: Real Estate Finance Solicitor

Location: London

Proper Recruitment are working with a well-established law firm who are looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their friendly and diverse Commercial Property department in London. The team is expanding rapidly and receiving a high volume of quality work, with excellent prospects for development and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload of real estate finance transactions
• Acting for lenders and/or borrowers on secured lending matters
• Reviewing and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation
• Liaising with clients, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions
• Helping to build and develop this area of the practice

Requirements:

• 3+ years PQE in Real Estate Finance
• Excellent legal and drafting skills
• Keen to take on a challenging and varied role
• Commercially aware with strong client care skills

Salary:

• £55,000 – £70,000 (DoE)
