Offshore PC/Permit to Work Representative – UK-Based

I’m supporting a leading client on the search for an experienced Offshore PC/Permit to Work Representative to join a major offshore transmission project. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of critical HVDC offshore infrastructure, working closely with engineering teams, EPC contractors and key project stakeholders.

Location: UK-based candidates only

Contract: Inside IR35

We’re looking for professionals with:

• Proven experience delivering Offshore Permit Coordination on large scale projects.
• Strong background in offshore transmission or offshore wind
• Strong CDM regulations and HSE understanding
• Experience managing EPC contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong stakeholder, commercial and risk management skills
