Property Manager – York | £35,000 + Car Allowance | Hybrid

We’re recruiting for a well established property business managing a growing portfolio of single family homes across Yorkshire. Due to continued growth they’re looking for a Property Manager to join their York office on a hybrid basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants ownership of their own portfolio and the backing of a genuinely supportive team, working for a business that manages homes the right way rather than just chasing numbers.

The role

• Managing a portfolio of single family rental properties across Yorkshire (120 units – some mixed use)
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Overseeing property inspections, maintenance and compliance
• Managing move-ins, move-outs and renewals
• Handling day to day queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Working closely with the wider team to keep the portfolio running smoothly

What they’re looking for

• Experience in residential property management (lettings, block, or SFH background all considered)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
• A proactive, problem solving approach
• Full UK driving licence
• ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
