If you’re an experienced Business Travel Consultant who can work accurately at a fast pace, and takes real pride in your work, we want to speak to you!

We’re looking for someone who operates at a high level – someone who can manage complex travel requirements, build strong client relationships, and deliver consistently without close supervision.

At Your Travel Corporate, the focus is simple. High standards, strong clients, and a service-led approach. No shortcuts, no volume-driven chaos.

If you’re currently in a role where you’re undervalued, restricted, or just not earning or working at the level you know you can, this could be the step up.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing fast paced end-to-end corporate travel bookings across air, hotel, rail and ancillary services
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, delivering a high-touch, concierge-level service
  • Handling complex itineraries, changes, reissues and urgent requests with confidence
  • Monitoring GDS queues and proactively managing deadlines and ticketing requirements
  • Building long-term client relationships focused on retention and service excellence
  • Supporting clients outside of standard hours when required
  • Working closely with the wider team to maintain consistently high standards

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business travel role (essential)
  • Strong GDS knowledge (Travelport preferred, but Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre considered)
  • Able to process GDS Exchanges and Refunds
  • Experience using the Atriis travel platform is preferred
  • Confident managing complex, high-value travel requests independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills with a natural client-first mindset
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who takes ownership and pride in their work

Preferred (not essential):

  • Ticketing or fare-related qualifications

What you’ll get in return

  • Flexibility around school drop offs and pick ups if needed
  • A genuinely supportive, experienced team
  • Opportunity to work with a growing, ambitious business
  • Vitality life insurance (post-probation)
  • 31 days annual leave inclusive of public/bank holidays, increasing with service
  • Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support
  • Regular team events and a strong company culture

Full-time, Permanent

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
  • Health & wellbeing programme
  • Life insurance
