What will you do?

• Manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to post completion
• Advise a full and varied range of clients
• This caseload will involve: sales & purchases, equity release, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions, freehold, leasehold, newbuild & affordable housing and auctions
• Where appropriate, manage complex cases such as creation of new easements, adverse possession, relinquishing easements or covenants
• Develop & maintain relationships with introducers

About you:

• To apply for this position you don’t need to be qualified… solicitors, legal executives & Licensed Conveyancers are welcome to apply as are non-qualified fee earners with relevant case handling experience
• You should have at least 3 years conveyancing experience from a law firm background
