Looking for a Sous Chef role that offers a genuine work-life balance?

I’m recruiting for a busy hotel operation in Ellesmere Port that’s looking for a talented Sous Chef or an ambitious Chef de Partie ready for the next step.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help lead a small kitchen team delivering quality food across the restaurant, weddings, events, conferences and banqueting.

What You’ll Need

• Previous Sous Chef experience or strong Chef de Partie background
• Confident leading service and supporting a team
• Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP and kitchen compliance
• Hotel or banqueting experience is desirable

Shift Patterns

• 1pm – 9:30pm
• 2:30pm – 11pm
• 5:30am – 2pm (breakfast shift)
