You’ll become part of a welcoming Residential Property team where colleagues support one another, share knowledge and celebrate success together.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling a wide range of residential property matters with confidence and independence
• Reviewing titles, raising enquiries and preparing contracts
• Keeping clients, estate agents and lenders updated throughout the transaction
• Delivering an excellent client experience while ensuring matters progress efficiently

About you:

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong case management and organisational skills
• Confident handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
• A proactive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
