Senior Interior Designer — Workplace & Office Fit-Outs (Design & Build)

London | £75,000–£95,000 DOE

A well-established Design & Build studio in London, known for delivering high-end workplace and office fit-out projects (add notable sectors/clients here if you’re happy to name them), is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing team.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who has led commercial workplace projects within a Design & Build environment, from concept through technical delivery and on-site resolution. You’ll take ownership of projects brief to completion, working directly alongside project managers, contractors and clients.

What you’ll need – essential

• Minimum 6 years experience in workplace/commercial interior design, including direct experience working within a Design & Build studio
• A strong portfolio of built workplace projects across Cat A and/or Cat B fit-outs, that you can walk us through.
• Proven ability to lead concept development, technical detailing and stakeholder presentations end-to-end.
• Confident working knowledge of Revit, plus CAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong technical detailing,
• Experience mentoring or managing junior designers.
