We are working with a leading international law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Paralegal for a six-month secondment to one of its clients.
The role will suit someone with strong Capital Markets experience who is comfortable supporting sophisticated transactional work in a fast-paced legal environment.
You will support matters across debt and/or equity capital markets, with responsibility for transaction management, legal documentation, coordination and wider matter support.
Exposure to broader Banking & Finance work would also be advantageous.
Candidates should have at least two years’ experience as a Paralegal or Support Lawyer within a leading law firm or in-house legal team, with a clear focus on Capital Markets transactions.
You will also need an LPC, SQE, law degree or equivalent legal qualification. Foreign-qualified lawyers will also be considered.
This is a strong opportunity to gain experience within a highly regarded international legal environment while working closely with an end client on sophisticated transactional matters.
Key requirements:
- At least two years’ relevant paralegal or support lawyer experience
- Strong Capital Markets background
- Experience across debt and/or equity capital markets
- Transaction management experience
- LPC, SQE, law degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Broader Banking & Finance exposure advantageous
- Ability to work effectively within a demanding transactional environment
