We’re partnering with a luxury retail business seeking a Legal Counsel (Employment) to join its collaborative legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE solicitor with employment law experience to advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting employment tribunals, settlements and employee relations issues
• Advising on complex employment law matters, grievances, claims and dismissals
• Drafting policies and delivering training across the business
• Working closely with HR, senior stakeholders and external counsel

✅ You’ll bring:

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent
• Employment law experience gained in private practice or in-house
• Strong employment tribunal experience is essential
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
• A proactive, practical approach to legal advice
