Great opportunity to have a greater say in the development of your practice using the support of the London, China and US Offices.

Billing rates are market-appropriate and flexible, allowing partners to remain competitive while protecting margins.

Key Criteria

• Significant experience in private company M&A and a first year practice of £750 K +
• A track record of delivering high-quality transactional advice.
