Reablement Care Worker — Help Clients Reclaim Independence

Altogether Care is seeking Reablement Workers to provide support in clients’ own homes across South Devon, helping people regain independence and confidence. You’ll work closely with clients, families and professionals, encouraging choice, dignity and control in daily living.

We offer varied shift patterns, full-time or part-time, with weekend work as needed. Competitive pay £13.80–£14.30 per hour, a permanent contract, and funded induction plus ongoing training to develop your career.
