Physiotherapy Support Worker – Rehab & Discharge Champion

The Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Physiotherapy Support Worker at the Southmead Site to help patients regain mobility and independence after illness, accidents or operations, enabling safe return home. This role offers an opportunity to develop practical skills in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will support physiotherapists to deliver rehabilitation programmes, assist with patient assessments, monitor progress and coordinate care across wards to promote timely discharge.
