Family Court Advisor: Transforming Children’s Lives

Cafcass Organisation is recruiting Children’s Social Workers, professionally known as Family Court Advisers (FCAs). These roles sit in the Work to First Hearing team, Private Law, focusing on ensuring children’s views are heard and their best interests are protected across Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, using Child Protection expertise and risk assessment to support court decisions, with reports and representations presented in court.
