SEMH Pastoral Lead – Nurture Growth & Wellbeing

Protocol Education are seeking a strong individual for a Pastoral Lead in a SEMH Provision in Colchester. The role will focus on delivering high-quality pastoral support and developing targeted interventions to engage students and improve wellbeing.

You will create tailored wellbeing plans, work with parents and carers, and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance life chances and attendance. It is a full-time role with salary dependent on experience.
