Evening Store Supervisor – Lead Team & Service

James Hall & Co. Ltd. operates SPAR stores and is looking for a Supervisor to lead a team during the evening shift. You will support the Store Manager, drive customer service excellence, and uphold health and safety standards across the store.

The role is 25 hours per week, evenings 14:30 – 22:45, in a temporary/part-time capacity. You will be responsible for team motivation, store audits, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running.
