Senior Children’s Residential Care Lead – Overnights

Keys Group is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker in Telford, Shrewsbury area, to provide care for children with complex needs in a residential setting. You will lead a caring team under the Service Manager, ensuring safety, wellbeing and progress for each child through structured routines.
