Senior Social Worker – Adults & Safeguarding

Wirral Council is seeking two experienced Social Workers to join the Review/CHC Team. You will deliver assessments, support planning, reviews and safeguarding for adults, applying the Care Act 2014.

You will work in a supportive, multi‑disciplinary environment, contributing to case triage, huddles, and joint decisions while promoting autonomy and outcome-focused support. A recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England are required.
