Senior Support Worker – PBS & Complex Needs

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting three Band 3 Senior Support Workers to join the Short Break Service in Northenden, Wythenshawe. The role is full time (37.5 hours) with unsocial hours.

You will work within a Specialist Nurse led team to deliver person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, across community settings and sometimes in clients’ homes, under supervision from the Registered Nurse Service Manager.
