Support Worker – Community & Wellbeing Impact

HF Mencap is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in London. You will provide person-centred support at the centre and in the community, helping individuals build skills, confidence and independence through meaningful activities.

You will assist with health and wellbeing, digital sessions, and social activities, while maintaining records and safeguarding. Training is provided, and DBS costs are covered where applicable.
