Naija UK Connect Limited is seeking a Community Support Worker/Trainee to join an Adult Crisis Team in York. You will provide care under registered clinicians in the community and at Foss Park Medical Centre, developing understanding of local services.

The role requires Level 2 Health and Social Care or willingness to complete, literacy and numeracy Level 2+, and a valid driving licence with ability to travel. Salary £25,760–£27,476, permanent, full-time; visa sponsorship may be available.
