Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the outpatient falls prevention and elderly care services. You will manage a caseload, perform specialist assessments and provide rehabilitation in outpatient and community settings, working within the Bryning MDT.
