Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 2 (aligned with AFC) £26,300 per annum + enhancements (pro rata)Contract: Full Time & Part Time roles available on a permanent basis. Based: Cardiff and the Vale Hospice

- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Level 2 qualification (e.g. NCFE, BTEC), plus functional skills in numeracy and literacy at Level 2
- At least 6 months of recent care delivery experience in a health or social care setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to hold person-centred, empathetic conversations and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of palliative and end of life care, including holistic care planning and symptom management
- Ability to plan and prioritise care, respond to changes in patient condition, and escalat appropriate
