Social Inclusion Lead – Community Impact (Part-time)

Phoenix Futures in Essex is seeking a part-time Service Coordinator (30 hours per week) on-site to lead the social inclusion element of the Futures Together service across South and West Essex. Salary £21,038 per year.

You will design community activities, build local partnerships, recruit and support volunteers and peer mentors, and work with local organisations to improve wellbeing and inclusion. This role offers autonomy and creative opportunity to shape services.
