Wellbeing Service Key Worker: Probation Support

The Sanctuary Trust in Rochdale seeks a Wellbeing Service Assistant to support people on probation within the Wellbeing Service. You will work on-site at Rochdale and act as a key worker, coordinating with partners to access housing, health, and social care services.

You will conduct strengths-based assessments, maintain safeguarding where needed, produce monitoring reports, participate in in-service training, and uphold ISO standards as required.
