Therapeutic Support Worker — Heart of Support Practice

Tameside Council is recruiting a Therapeutic Support Worker to join the new Families Valued Service in Tameside. You will work with children, young people and families to build strong support networks and keep families together where possible, guided by compassionate practice.

Working with multi‑agency professionals, you will assess needs, implement restorative plans and contribute to a culture of Heart of Support, the 5 C’s, and continuous improvement to outcomes for children in care risk.
