Support Worker – Mental Health & Disability Care (Flexible Shifts)

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Parc Lodge in Bridgend to assist adults with mental health needs in daily living and community participation. You will help with routines, medications where needed, and encourage independence through activities and hobbies.

Full induction, DBS paid, career development opportunities, and enhanced pay scales are provided. A full UK driving license and flexibility to work days and nights are required.
