Independence-Focused Social Care & OT Assessor

Staffordshire County Council is seeking a Social Care Assessor / Occupational Therapy Assistant to support adults in prisons and approved premises across Staffordshire. You will complete strengths-based Care Act assessments, reviews and support plans, manage a varied caseload and collaborate with prison staff and healthcare professionals.
