Care Home Chef: Lead Nutritious, Resident-Focused Kitchen

BCG in Dundee is seeking a Chef to lead the kitchen team and deliver delicious, well-balanced meals that support residents’ wellbeing. You will manage food stock, design menus, and work within the budget while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires experience in a commercial kitchen, reliability, and the ability to cater for special dietary needs. SVQ/NVQ level 2, Level 3 Food Hygiene, and PVG checks may be required.
