School OT: Growth, Balance & Summer Contract

Momenta Connect is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team in the London area. The role is based in mainstream school settings across Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth, offering a permanent contract and 37.5 hours per week.

You will deliver targeted interventions, develop therapy programmes, and support school staff and families, aligning with SEND codes and universal strategies. A strong clinical supervision background is desirable.
