A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Plan and manage labour resources to meet operational demand and budget targets
- Produce and analyse operational reports, KPIs and shift performance data
- Coordinate recruitment, agency and workforce plans for peak and seasonal periods
- Maintain workforce systems, records and reporting to ensure data accuracy
- Support management with performance reviews, investigations and continuous improvement activities
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resource planning and warehouse operations experience
- Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
- Are confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
