Makaton-Trained SEN TA – 1:1 Support (Waltham Forest)

Remedy Education is recruiting a Makaton Trained Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in Waltham Forest from September 2026. This is a full-time, long-term role supporting pupils with Autism, Speech and Language needs and complex communication needs.

You will use Makaton to help pupils develop communication, confidence and independence. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, collaborate with teachers and therapists, and support personal care if required.
