Traveling Painter & Decorator – Housing Maintenance

YMCA DownsLink Group is seeking a Painter and Decorator based in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex. The role involves decorating empty homes, communal areas, and offices, with travel to other sites across Sussex and Surrey. A full UK driving licence is essential, and a vehicle is provided.

You will join a housing-focused maintenance team working to relet properties quickly, maintain high safety and quality standards, and support vulnerable young people in supported housing environments.
