Head Chef – Lead a busy pub kitchen & develop your team

Hungry Horse – BRA_104 is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at The White Barn, Cuddington. You will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure peak performance during busy services, and drive consistency in flavour and presentation for every guest.

You will develop and mentor your team, manage rotas, stock and costs, and uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced pub setting.
