Care Home Cook – Nutritious Meals & Menu Planning (21hrs)

Cumberland Council is seeking a passionate Cook to join our care team at The Gables, Whitehaven. You will prepare nutritious meals, cater to dietary needs, plan menus, manage stock and maintain hygiene to support residents.

This permanent, part-time role (21 hours per week) offers a supportive environment, training opportunities, and a chance to make a real difference in residents’ lives. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required, with a friendly, team-focused attitude.
