Prison Workshop Supervisor & Training Coach

Ministry of Justice is seeking a non-operational Instructor within HM Prison and Probation Service to supervise prisoners in non-specialist workshops. The role emphasises structure, discipline and practical work experience.

You will induct prisoners, train them on health and safety, COSHH and tool usage; manage schedules, log attendance, and contribute to quality assurance while ensuring security and compliance.
