Television Licensing Field Officer – Flexible Role

Capita TV Licensing in the Dudley area is looking for a Field Officer to support local communities. You’ll visit customers at their homes, discuss TV licence requirements, explain available options, and help them take the next steps with full training and the freedom of working independently.

You’ll start and finish your day from home, travel locally using a company vehicle or your own car, and enjoy a flexible 36.5-hour week.
