Online Fulfillment Assistant – Early Shifts

Sainsbury’s Group is hiring an Online Assistant to support our online customers, picking orders in-store and organising substitutions when needed. You’ll use a handheld device to plan efficient routes and ensure timely delivery.

You will handle customer queries, assist with order processing and help load vans for Home Delivery Drivers, while building product knowledge to provide informed recommendations. The role requires flexible store duties and a proactive approach.
