Cloud Telephony Service Desk Engineer (On-site)

Onecom is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to be the first point of technical contact for cloud voice and connectivity customers. You will diagnose issues, implement changes, and ensure an outstanding support experience.

This on-site role is based in Whiteley, Hampshire, with a permanent contract and a salary of up to £29,000 per year. You will join a multi-award-winning company with 800+ employees, working across Operations, Customer Experience, Product, and Sales teams.
