Independent Living Support Worker (35h) – Driving

Glan Y Felin, Rhyd Y Fro near Pontardawe, is seeking a Support Worker to assist adults with brain injury, autism and learning disability. The role involves day-to-day support, promoting independence and attending appointments as needed.

You will provide personal care, help with budgeting and shopping, and support health needs in a calm, supportive environment. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
