Second Chef – Care Home | Balanced Hours, Fresh Menus

Barchester is seeking a qualified Second Chef to deliver fresh, seasonal menus in a supportive care home setting. You will work with the Head Chef to maintain hotel/restaurant standards, while avoiding split shifts, creating nutritious and flavoursome meals for residents.

You will lead kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence, develop menus, manage stock and budgets, and audit quality and safety with HACCP in mind.
