Ophthalmology Front Desk & Call Centre Specialist

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Receptionist / Telephonist for the Ophthalmology department. This full-time role covers reception duties and our call centre, Monday to Friday, 5 days.

You will handle appointment bookings and rearrangements over the telephone, provide excellent customer service, and support colleagues with accurate administrative tasks in a busy hospital environment.
