Senior Warehouse Operations Manager

Boots UK is seeking a Departmental Manager to lead a large team across two shifts and ensure customer service excellence within the operation. You will drive efficiency through automation, manage budgets and performance, and coordinate Boots and agency staff to sustain high service levels and accurate stock handling.

You will oversee short- and medium-term operational plans, foster a positive culture, and support continuous improvement initiatives while delivering results for 1,900 stores.
