Lead Highway Design Engineer

Sweco UK Limited is recruiting a Principal Engineer to lead a highways team in Manchester, delivering major improvements, placemaking and active travel schemes. You will provide technical authority and mentorship while coordinating with multi-disciplinary project teams.

You will drive design quality, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with DMRB, MCHW and related standards, guiding junior engineers and working flexibly across office and site locations.
