Nursery Room Leader – 4-Day Week, Training & Growth

Connected Recruitment is seeking a qualified Nursery Room Manager in London (Chiswick W4). The role is 40 hours per week with a 4-day week flex option and a salary of £30,000–£32,000. You will lead a small team, plan activities, and ensure safeguarding and high-quality learning.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ/Cache Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years, with EYFS knowledge and strong communication skills to engage children, parents and staff.
