South Health & Food Safety Leader

Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin is seeking a Food, Health & Safety Manager for the South region to support hotel operations with audits and safety compliance. The role covers development and maintenance of safety practices across the group and involves travel to properties throughout the UK.

The successful candidate will be a chartered Safety & Health practitioner, experienced in safety, food and accident investigations, capable of training staff and supporting new openings.
