Lead Block Manager – Residential Fit-Out & Finishes

3dpersonnels is seeking a Block Manager for a major residential construction project in Clapham, London. You will lead day-to-day management of your allocated block, coordinating subcontractors and site staff to keep works progressing safely and to the programme.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in large-scale residential fit-out, strong leadership, and the ability to challenge and resolve issues with subcontractors and client teams on a demanding site.
