Leisure Centre Operations & Engagement Lead

Coast and Vale Learning Trust in the UK seeks a capable centre leader to provide leadership across all aspects of the centre, promote the facility to meet customer demand and generate revenue, and liaise with clubs, groups and SMEs who use the space.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, organise rotas, oversee maintenance, health and safety, safeguarding in education, and attend regular meetings with senior teams and the board, while promoting event hire and excellent customer care.
