ForthispositionapplicantsmusthaveexperiencehavingworkedwithinanArchitecturalPracticeorInteriorDesignConsultancyonly.ThisroleishybridbasedinLondonbutwillrequirethesuccessfulcandidatetotraveltoOmanonaregularbasisforthisprestigiousawardwinningcompanywhohaveaflairforcreatingcontemporaryaward-winningprojectsandseekinganexperienceExecutiveAssistancewhomusthaveexperiencewithbidsupport.WorkingcloselywiththereManagingDirectoronaday-to-daybasis,managingdiary,correspondence,travelandmeetingarrangementsalongwithmanagingthesmallLondonstudio.YouwillCoordinateandhelpproducebidproposalsandpitchdocuments:gathercontentfromdesignteams,puttogetherInDesignfilesandpresentations,proofreadsubmissions,trackdeadlinesandliaisewithbusinessdevelopment/marketing.YouwillbehappyusingAItoolsconfidentlytospeedupdrafting,research,formattingandotheradministrativetasksbetweenourclientsfourglobaloffices,keepingcommunicationsmoothacrosstimezones.Jugglemultipleconcurrenttasksandprioritiesandhandlesensitive/confidentialImperativethatyouwillasolidunderstandingofthedesignprocessandhowarchitectswork;thisisanadministrativerole,sodesignskillsarenotrequired.
