Co-Pack Operations Leader: Drive Quality & Growth

Great Bear is seeking a Co-Pack Manager to lead the site co-pack operations, ensuring service targets and cost controls are met while maintaining Health & Safety and housekeeping standards.

You will plan and lead a team across shifts, drive continuous improvement, manage external interfacing with customers and 3rd parties, and ensure production plans are executed efficiently and to client specifications.
